Sure. You can use them anywhere you want, as long as you keep my link there.
Can you help me convert them to diary-x/other?
For diary-x users go here As for other journal systimems:No. Sorry. The real problem is that I'm not familiar with other codes.
How do I make a link?
It's pretty simple. This is the code:
Just replace what's in uppercase.
-URL is the adress of your page, eg. Unique Design's url is http://uniquedesign.diaryland.com
-DESCRIPTION is how you want the link to be called. If you're linking your extras page, for example, it'll be 'extras'.
How do I post an image?
First thing you have to do is host it. You can try Our world. It's the one I'm currently using. Now, after you hosted it, you use this codes:
Just replace img url with the actual url. That simple.
My images are taking to long to load. Can you fix it?
Lately all my images are quite slow. Unfortunately I can't fix it, cause the problem is with the place I host them.I'm trying to delete some old images, to reduce my bandwith usage, but I don't know if it'll work, so please have some patience. Hopefully it'll be normal again soon.
Can I make some changes on your layouts?
Yes. You can change pictures and colors, but you have to keep my link You can change it to 'codes by' or 'original layout'. If you think you've done some dramatic changes and wish to remove my link, please e-mail me before.
Are your customs free?
No. At the moment I'm charging one dollar. The main reasons for that are my problems with image hosting, and the fact that I really don't have time to make custom layouts for people that many times do not apreciate my effort. Plus one dollar's really cheap, you can't find customdesigns for that price anywhere.Interested? Go here.
And what's that adopt a layout thing about?
To save my image hosting bandwith I decided to retire some of the layouts. So, if you want to save them, all you have to do is host the images in your server, and you can have the layout all for yourself, pretty much like a custom.
Why doens't my e-mail/guestbook link work?
Unfortunately I still can't guess your e-mails ;) So you have to look on your codes where it says YOUR MAIL and replace it for your e-mail adress. I normally put everything that has to be changed in capitals, so if you're having trouble to find the broken link, just look for words in capitals.
Other links don't work
If links other than your gustbook/e-mail don't work, there are three main possibilities:
-It's a problem with an extras/cast/rings link: I make the links assuming your extras page will be extras.html, so if it's something like stuff.html or 00345.html you have to change the URL.
-It's a problem with a profile/notes link: Normally because you replace username with your actual username. You don't need to,if you do it'll look like this %%yourusername%% in the links (like notes and profile), and they won't work.
-If it's other problem it's probably a problem with the codes, so please e-mail me and let me know.

You go to the change older individual entry page.Delete everything in there and replace with this:

Normally, right after you change your template and hit the previous button you'll see your old template. That's because diaryland takes a while to change the template in all entries. It should solve it self with time.
